Dingsong Jiang received the B.E. degree in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology in 2018 and the M.S. degree in the Department of Precision Instrument at Tsinghua University in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. at the School of Integrated Circuit, Tsinghua University. His research interests include magnetic tunneling junction (MTJ) and spin-orbit torque magnetic random-access memory (SOT-MRAM).
