Changming Cao received the B.E. in Electronic Packaging Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the master degree at the School of Integrated Circuits, Tsinghua University. His research interests include acoustic wave sensors and filters.
